Machado also detailed some of the incidents that have occurred throughout the country. “During our monitoring, there were 1,300 tables where there were some problems for our witnesses to enter. At this time, there are still 13 tables with problems,” he indicated, after also reporting that only 18 tables in all of Venezuela out of more than 30,000 could not be installed.
