THE Chairman of the Jakarta General Election Commission (KPU) Wahyu Dinata stated that the nomination files of two prospective pairs of governor-deputy governor of DKI Jakarta, namely Pramono Anung-Rano Karno and Ridwan Kamil-Siswono, were declared complete. Next, the KPU will conduct administrative verification starting Thursday (29/8) to Thursday (5/9).
“In the future, we ask for cooperation from all parties, including during the administrative verification checks, there is a process of public response for prospective candidate pairs,” he said at the DKI Jakarta KPU Office, Wednesday (28/8).
Meanwhile, member and Head of the Technical Division of Election Implementation of the DKI Jakarta KPU Dody Wijaya revealed that his party has provided a cover letter for the two candidate pairs for a health test. He said that the health test will be carried out at the Tarakan Regional Hospital, Central Jakarta.
Pramono-Rano, continued Dody, will undergo a health test on Friday (30/8) at 07.00 WIB. While Emil-Siswono on Saturday (31/8), also at 07.00 WIB.
“(The health test includes) physical, spiritual, and free from drug abuse,” said Dody. (P-5)
