The national government has ready the bill that seeks the subjugation of criminal gangs. It is a document of 54 articles that trace the judicial route so that the high-impact armed groups are dismantled.
The law includes a rigorous system of conditions for the dismantling of criminal structures, taking into account the centrality of the victims, the participation of their support networks and their illegal economies.

There will be no additional courts and there are no transitional procedures, it will be a mechanism for ordinary justice.
The project contemplates substitute penalties will be between 10 and 12 years divided into two components, one of effective jail, without any benefit of between 6 and 8 years and 4 years of restorative sentence.
