For Tuesday, August 27, the official price of the dollar established by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) reports a decrease compared to the previous day.
In this context, the US currency is quoted at 36.56 bolivars according to what the BCV established on its website in the last few hours.

It is worth noting that the exchange rate published by the BCV is the weighted average of the operations of the country’s banking institutions, at the close of trading on Monday, August 26, 2024.
“Attention🔵|| The exchange rate published by the BCV is the weighted average of the operations of the exchange desks of banking institutions. At the close of the day on Monday 08-26-2024.” reads part of the official publication.
Likewise, the BCV also published the price of the euro, a currency that registers its value at 40.83 bolivars.
On the other hand, the BCV set other currencies: the yuan at 5.13 bolivars; the Turkish lira at 1.07; and the ruble at 0.39.
