It is the modus operandi of the vermin hatched by the financier Pasquale Striano and his boss, the former prosecutor Antonio Laudati, investigated in conjunction with the journalists of Domani for unauthorized access to databases and disclosure of the secret, but who together are also responsible for false and abuse of office. Not only that. The latest investigations have recorded that Striano dedicated himself to spy dossiers even after his expulsion from the DNA.
In fact, an email appears that the financier had sent to Laudati on 1 December 2022, regarding an investigation into fraud on the Superbonus for which there was no SOS, but the outburst of a condominium administrator fed up with the delays of the company with the works of 110. Striano writes: «I am applying the motto of Finance in the recisa recedit, waiting for them to tell me what I will have to do. An email to which Laudati, who tries to distance himself from his spy, replies telegraphically «thank you very much. Good luck”. And Striano Pages The voluminous nature of the dossier that the prosecutor Cantone sent to the Anti-Mafia commission advises the woman to speak to the prosecutor, because «I am now dealing with other things and I don’t even have the possibility of being able to look but precisely because I am forbidden by law.” For Cantone «Laudati and Striano share a completely abusive way of working that is disconnected from the institutional tasks of the DNA. The communications between the two suspects relating to this context appear truly eloquent… both Laudati and Striano have perfectly clear in mind that the activity of the SOS Group is lawful to the extent that it “starts” from SOS… Yet, despite this , Laudati uses the SOS Group, and Striano in particular, as a sort of private police.” For the Prosecutor’s Office «Striano always carries out the investigations requested by Laudati, supports him without any reply and for these reasons also comes into conflict with some members of the SOS Group who notice the anomalies regarding the activities carried out in these circumstances.
At the same time, Striano, enjoying Laudati’s full trust and supporting him, effectively has “carte blanche” in carrying out his work and, on numerous occasions, even other than those “requested” by Laudati, carries out access and analysis activities databases in a completely abusive manner”.
