Andrés Marino, in Pehuenia, his place in the world.

Our chef Andrés Alejandro Marino has been a cook and a citizen of the world for many years, traveling to various places, getting to know different cultures and ways of cooking.
“The Bone” as we know it, his friends and loved ones went through several kitchens but the one that marked him the most was Francis Mallmann’s where he cultivated and acquired a lot of knowledge.

After his stay in Chile and returning to Pehuenia, we were lucky to meet and have him as the artist of our kitchen in “El Marino Amarrado”.

The dishes in their entirety have a tenor of that food that embraces you, that takes you to a special moment.
The menu has small dishes with which we can only celebrate a moment of sunset without missing out on trying the delicacies that the mountain offers us.
It also has medium plates.
And big. The menu tries to find a balance between what the diner likes, the author’s touch and the challenge of incorporating local products and making them shine.

The specialty of the house is the cuisine that comes out of the fires and the magic that surrounds all that dancing, without forgetting that each dish is accompanied by a great cocktail bar and a wonderful team that makes magic happen day by day.
