THE first trial of the dispute over the results of the 2024 presidential election (PHPU) at the Constitutional Court (MK) was held on Wednesday (27/3).

Anies Baswedan’s National Legal Team – Muhaimin Iskandar (Amin), Bambang Widjojanto or who is often called BW, conveyed a number of procedural violations committed by the General Election Commission (KPU) during the 2024 Presidential Election or Presidential Election yesterday.

The following are three interesting violation points conveyed by BW:

BW stated that his team found several odd DPTs. He also highlighted the fact that the KPU argued that 502,564 voter data had been incorrectly entered. BW explained that the strange fact discovered by the AMIN National Legal Team was that there were a large number of voters who did not comply with the provisions.

“The odd DPT which is suspected of being manipulated includes 61,040 voters under 17 years old. “There are voters aged, this is fantastic, 1030 years, and voters aged over 100 years, there are 1,363,” he said.

BW also found voter data in the form of people’s names consisting of only one letter and 55 people with two letters, as well as voters with strange addresses.

“And voters who are considered odd are RT whose number is 0, RW whose number is 0,” said BW.

• The Ballot Has Been Polled

On the other hand, BW appreciated Bawaslu for uncovering alleged election violations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. “There were 23,000 letters sent via post which turned out to have been voted on. “Apart from that, there are 82,000 unclear addresses for sending ballots,” said BW.

The KPU or Sirekap IT system is BW’s main concern. He said the IT system was the best example to conclude that the KPU had violated election procedures.

Sirekap, which was originally designed to control manual recapitulation, said BW, was instead used as a means of cheating. BW suspects that Sirekap is being used as a framing effort to enforce the principles of honest, open, accountable, efficient, effective and accessible vote counting.

Sirekap was originally used as an instrument to control manual recapitulation. Therefore, said BW, there is an application called Sirekap Mobile Apps which is owned by the KPPS chairman to record authentic data for the C Result document which is the result of the vote counting at the TPS. So that the document can be accounted for.

However, 4 days before the voting, BW said, there were features that suddenly appeared even though they had never existed before, namely lodging and security. This feature is thought to be able to change the value or number of the resulting C document.

“Because the source code can be changed. “The emergence of this feature not only changes the vote acquisition figures in Sirekap but also has the potential to eliminate meta data and files, photos, form C plano results,” concluded BW. (Z-7)
