This cool, but useless little iOS trick is sure to win you a smile

In the category of nice, but rather useless things found on iOS, did you know that it was possible to use the Concentration mode to add a little smiling man in the upper left corner of our home screen? All it takes to activate it is iOS 15 or higher.

Contrary to what many may think, not everything is required to have a specific feature on our phones. Sometimes we can activate a function simply because it makes us smile.

This is the case of the concentration mode in iOS 15 which, although very useful in several situations, also allows us to add a smiley on our home screen, right next to the time in the upper right corner.

What’s the point? Absolutely nothing, besides giving us a smile here and there when our eyes land on it!

The procedure for adding the little man via the concentration mode of iOS 15 or more recent.

Normally, the little emoji immediately appeared in the bar at the very top, right next to the time.

Please note that adding this emoji amounts to putting our phone in Do Not Disturb mode, so when it is activated, we do not receive any notifications.

It is possible to put exceptions in step 4 and add people and applications that can send us notifications, but everything must be done manually, otherwise these will be blocked by our iPhone.

If you ever get bored, you just have to deactivate it or click on Delete concentration mode in the file you just created.

Simple, unnecessary, but absolutely nice!
