Recruiting is not easy for any company. Sometimes, some have to redouble their efforts and arguments to try to attract employees. This is particularly the case of Osedea, a Canadian company specializing in digital and established in France, reports The Midi Dispatch. The manager of the new branch, installed in Toulouse since last November, plans to employ 10 or 15 young graduates. Mainly developers, designers, digital experts.
And to find these talented people, the company has decided to pull out all the stops. For example, it promises to financially support employees who plan to start a family with aid of 15,000 euros. “We know that our employees are trying to have children and that it can be complicated. This is why we propose to accompany them”, explains the manager of the French antenna.
In addition, employees who stay at least two years in the company will be rewarded for their loyalty. They will be able to obtain two weeks of additional paid leave and a check for 5,000 euros. A sum which aims to allow them to “realize one of their dreams”, according to the company. Some promises are more traditional, such as the possibility of being able to work remotely.
