It’s a tough week for restaurants in Montreal. After the announcements of closure of the Good weather a you Café Élicenow an institution in Old Montreal is shutting down.

Indeed, the Bistro Boris, which welcomed its first customers in 1999, announced on its social networks that it would close its doors in August 2022.
According Eater Montréalthe restaurant would have closed permanently on August 20th.
It would seem that the difficulty in finding employees and the ever more expensive food prices discouraged the owner who finally chose to close.
The Boris Bistro had a magnificent terrace and a menu adapted to celiac customers. It’s a big loss for Montrealers!
