DOT: Is there something specific the community can do to support the families of the fallen deputies beyond the support already being provided?
## Interview with Sheriff Bradshaw
**Host:** Sheriff Bradshaw, thank you for joining us today during this incredibly difficult time. Our hearts go out to you and the entire Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
**Sheriff Bradshaw:** Thank you. It’s been an incredibly tough week for our department and community.
**Host:** Can you tell us a bit more about what happened in Loxahatchee?
**Sheriff Bradshaw:** On November 21st, three of our deputies responded to a call. Tragically, they were struck by an SUV. Two deputies were killed at the scene, and the third fought bravely for his life in the hospital.
**Host:** You recently announced the passing of the third deputy. How are you and your officers coping with this devastating loss?
**Sheriff Bradshaw:** It’s been incredibly difficult. Losing one deputy is heartbreaking, but to lose three in a single incident is unprecedented in our agency’s 100-year history. These were brave men who dedicated their lives to serving and protecting our community. Their loss is felt deeply by everyone here. **Host:** What message would you like to share with the community right now?
**Sheriff Bradshaw:** This is a time for us all to come together and remember the sacrifices our law enforcement officers make every day. They put their lives on the line to keep us safe. We will never forget these three heroes, and we will continue to honor their memory by serving our community with courage and compassion.
