They will set a date for the meeting of the Health Council

Chihuahua.— Tomorrow a specific date will be defined for the State Health Council to hold a session in which the current statistics regarding active cases of Covid-19, number of confirmed patients, recent deaths and number of hospitalizations will be analyzed.

According to the secretary of health, Felipe Sandoval, confirmed cases of coronavirus have increased, so that, through said State Council, pertinent measures will be taken.

He said that the epidemiological traffic light was in force throughout the state, which was still green and with some restrictions, so it was not time to make the determination of more restrictions or not.

Until last Thursday, July 7, 31 people were hospitalized in Chihuahua hospitals due to Covid-19, of which 27 patients were in general care areas and another 4 are in intensive care.

The covid report provided by the Ministry of Health highlighted that as of Thursday there was a cumulative of 151,541 confirmed cases, 136,379 recovered cases, 108,802 discarded cases, and 1,803 suspected cases.

The record of people who have lost their lives due to the Covid-19 virus is kept at 10,056, so no deaths are added.
