The Bolivarian Government and the Republic of Türkiye installed a vegetable oil processing plant in the Special Economic Zone (ZEE) of La Guaira, whose goal is to produce more than one and a half million liters per month.
The plant currently processes sunflower, soybean and olive vegetable oils, from a modern infrastructure, which will allow the project outlined by the authorities of both nations to be carried out, an initiative that will contribute to the diversification of production to boost the local economy.

The aforementioned plant has the capacity to supply both the national market and countries in the Caribbean and South America. “Thanks to the Alliance between Venezuela and Türkiye, the establishment of a vegetable oil processing plant in La Guaira was achieved,” the International Center for Productive Investment of Venezuela (CIIP) reported in a post on the X network.
