Ex-Real Madrid star Iker Casillas has returned to stir controversy following publishing a new tweet in which he talks regarding criticism of some that he sometimes considers illogical.
Casillas had previously tweeted, “I hope they respect me, I’m gay,” and caused huge and huge reactions on social media.
Casillas wrote in the following tweet: “My account has been hacked, fortunately everything is fine now, my apologies to all my followers.”
He once more stirred controversy, writing this time: “They will criticize you for what you are, for what you are not, for what they think you are. Certainly, also for what you do or stop doing. And finally, for what you say… And on what you don’t say!!!”.
At the end of the tweet, he gave a sarcastic greeting to those fans whose actions he criticizes.
Oddly enough, unlike with the recent and mysterious messages he posted on his Twitter account, this tweet also had its space on his Instagram account.
And he found support this time from his former colleagues, as Joaquin Sanchez and Pepe Reina responded with the same comment and wrote: “Amen.” For her part, the Spanish media, Cristina Pedrochi, mocked Casillas’ tweet, writing: “And because of the clothes you’re wearing.”
Casillas then returned to Twitter once more, where he asked the fans regarding their expectations for the El Clasico match between Barcelona and Real Madrid, which will be held today, in the ninth round of the Spanish League at the Santiago Bernabeu.
