The partner of the young pregnant woman was aggressive and hindered the police intervention by virtue of the fact that he was trying to attack the brothers, an attitude that was prolonged and intensified in the presence of the uniformed officers, for which reason they proceeded to delay them in order to protect them. the physical integrity of third parties and those in uniform, stating that he had signs compatible with alcohol intake.

The police personnel requested the presence of the ambulance to attend to the woman, but she also became aggressive and refused medical attention, and following insisting she was transferred to the Maternal and Child Hospital.

The brothers refused to file the criminal complaint, and the minor refused medical attention. Her partner was delayed for contravention.
