Employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation detained Ukrainian citizens on the border with Latvia in the Pskov region, who were trying to smuggle 57 kilograms of synthetic drugs into Russia. This was reported in the TsOS FSB.

“At the checkpoint across the state border of the Russian Federation Ubylinka, an attempt to import a large consignment of narcotic drugs from the territory of Latvia was stopped … The issue of initiating a criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 229.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, ”the message says. The smuggling attempt was stopped by the border guards. 57 kilograms of drugs were transported in the gas tanks of two cars driven by citizens of Ukraine.

Previously a citizen of Ukraine caught on the Kurgan border with Kazakhstan. He infiltrated a freight train and tried to illegally cross the border.
