This is the message on Monday morning to North Jutland from the meteorologist on duty at DMI, Anja Bodholdt.
In other words, you won’t get a clear answer if you ask if you need to find a barbecue and swimming trunks – or a long-sleeved item from the wardrobe.
– The forecast changes a lot. It is a low-pressure system over the British Isles, which we do not know how it will behave, explains Anja Bodholdt.
It is the front zone of this system that becomes important for North Jutland and the rest of the country – it will enter the country and move out over the North Sea again.
It will pave the way for a sunny weekend, but the new forecast now casts serious doubt on that course.
On Tuesday evening and night it will probably be thunderstorms, but temperatures may well rise above 20 degrees on both Tuesday and Wednesday. After this, there is great uncertainty about the situation.
But what about the sun?: YR reports Friday morning of 24 degrees and sun in, for example, Løkken, while DMI is somewhat more boring with gray weather and temperatures below 20 degrees.
So a fairly decisive difference if you are considering going to the beach.
– As I said: There is great uncertainty, and your guess may be as good as mine, says the meteorologist, who, under pressure, gives a guess as to when you might have to bet on firing up the grill:
– It may well be that you have to do it tonight (Monday, ed.)
Sun and 19 degrees are promised here.
