After a series of complaints by parents, for the alleged sale of spaces for students aspiring to enter the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Nayarit (UAN), the State Attorney General’s Office began the corresponding investigations to with the whereregardings of the person or persons responsible for these actions, reported Deputy Prosecutor Rodrigo Benítez Pérez.
During the governor’s weekly meeting with the media, the official assured that the UAN sold admission to the medical school for up to 150,000 pesos in cash.
Despite the fact that the State Attorney General’s Office has precise data on the names and surnames of those responsible for selling the spaces in the medical school, Benítez Pérez reserved this data and only limited himself to saying that one of those responsible nickname the Puma; subject that is already linked to the process and continue with the investigations for other types of facts.
