It was revealed on video of the attack what happened in Monterrey, in Nuevo Leonwhere an element of the State Investigation Agency was injured along with two other men.
The attack occurred in the Moderna neighborhood, near the intersection of Pablo A. de la Garza and Nardo streets.
In the video you can see the moment when the group of men is living outside a business and a car arrives in front of them and its occupants shoot several times.
The attacker aboard a truck kept shooting for regarding 20 seconds until he withdrew from the site.
After the shooting, elements of the Red Cross and UMT ambulances arrived who transferred the wounded to different hospitals.
It transpired that the agent, who was seriously injured, was not active in the corporation, following apparently being incapacitated for more than a year.
