He entered a farm and threatened another man with a firearm.

A man was sentenced to 16 years in the “La Pica” prison, in Monagas, whose sentence was ruled by the 1st Trial Court of that entity.

The accused admitted his participation in ammunition trafficking and in a robbery action.

The information was released by the Public Ministry (MP), who submitted the events that occurred in the “Fundo San Miguel” on March 10 to a series of judicial investigations.

According to the experts, men entered under threat, with a firearm, and subdued the people who lived there.

The defendant was an accomplice to the criminal act, where they tied up a security guard and seized various belongings irregularly.

During the robbery, the owner of the farm was notified of the fact. So there was an alert call to the Piar Municipality Police.

Officials went to the scene and captured two men, including the accused.

At the time, a black firearm was seized. They also registered ammunition of various types.
