They secure a property with more than 16,000 boxes of fake medicine

EDOMEX.- Police of the prosecution and the Secretary of Security of the State of Mexico, secured a property in the municipality of Chalco Valleywhere they presumably altered medicines and falsified their packaging, labels, numbers and identification keys.

During the operation, where six people were arrested, one of them a minor, a search was carried out in a building located on Calle West 18 A, colonia San Miguel Xico, in the municipality of Valle de Chalco, “as part of the investigations carried out by this Institution on addresses apparently used for the commission of criminal acts.”

They were arrested at the scene. Roberto “N” of 18 years, Liliana “N 37 years old, Teresa “N” 36 years old, Alexander “N” 20 years old, Jose Luis “N” 39 years old and a teenager 16 years.

They were also insured more than 16 thousand boxes of medicines for human use or consumption, such as Exofil, Drafen, Pulmicort, Acyclovir, Tri-Vi-Sol, Lysine Clonixinate, Hydrochlorothiazide, Rantudil Acemetacin, Ultrodena Anastrozole, Microgynon Levonorgestrel, Afungil Fluconazole, Gimaclav, Bactrim, Nimotop, Avedox, Collepax, Isavir , Segfemiol, Clavipen, Citrate for laboratory, Diovan, Gimaclav. Carnitine dietary supplement. Ciprofloxacin, Genkova. Insulin glargine and Relazepam-Diazepam, among others.

In addition, various boxes, labels, bottles, containers and drug brand codes were found.

The detainees were brought before the Agent of the Public Ministry of the Justice Center of Valle de Chalco. Subsequently, the adults were admitted to the Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center, where the Judicial Authority decreed the legality of his detention for crimes against health, in its modality of falsification of material for containers or packaging of medicines.

These people should be considered innocent until a conviction is handed down against them.
