Valladolid, Apr 9 (EFE).- The Civil Guard has started this Saturday the search of the home of one of those investigated for the case of the disappearance and death of the young Esther López, in Traspinedo (Valladolid).

As sources from the Government Delegation in Castilla y León have informed Efe, the search is being carried out from the first hour of this Saturday at the house of one of Esther’s friends, supposedly the last one who saw her alive last night. on January 12 when he disappeared.

The registry is carried out by the Central Eye Inspections Team, which seeks to obtain forensic evidence that helps the investigation to continue advancing.

With this same objective, the sources have pointed out, the Civil Guard continues to interview residents of the town who can provide data that complements the investigation, although there is no procedural change regarding the people investigated.

Esther, 35, disappeared on January 12 and her body was found in a ditch by a hiker on February 5 in the deceased’s place of residence, Traspinedo (Valladolid).

Before finding the lifeless body, four raids were carried out in the town, located regarding 20 kilometers from Valladolid, which ended without result, until the passer-by located the body in the gutter.

The preliminary results of the autopsy revealed that the woman suffered a broken hip and multiple bruises that indicated the possibility that she had been dragged by a vehicle, without knowing when it might have occurred.
