“Bobby told me that they are going to give us a front in some mines there in Oaxaca. He told me there, but he doesn’t know well either. Let us exploit them. In other words, I exploit it, then, because I’m the one who will surely put in all the money. But, he asked me, he told me: ‘Hey, Tigre, do you have the disposal and everything?’ And I already obviously told him yes. So, throw this Roberto in the bag,” Jorge Amílcar is heard saying to an interlocutor whose identity has not yet been made known, however, he would maintain contact with a criminal leader in the region.

“No Yes. He with me because he knows that I know ‘El Tanque’ here, the one with the ‘maña’, and since he saw that they didn’t bother him once more, that guy who came to extort him and that the mother…”, he is heard saying.

According to the MCCI report, national and local media have referred in various publications to “El Tanque” as one of the criminal leaders who maintains influence in the south of Veracruz, a region where it borders Oaxaca.

He is going to be there supervising, his father sent him (in reference to AMLO) to see that,” he adds in one of the audios.
