They reject the registration of a business group against “extortive union blockades”

The General Inspectorate of Justice (IGJ) put a stop to a group of businessmen of businessmen who wanted to formalize a kind of “consultant” against “extortive union blockades.” He was denied registration.

Through Resolution 516, the IGJ, which depends on the Ministry of Justice, dismissed the request “to function” of the entity called Anti-Blockade Business Movement (MEAB) because their purposes “do not conform to the standards of common good or general interest that civil associations require.”

The group had established as its main objective to help “those who turn out to be victims of extortive union blockades and/or victims of any “criminal action” that implies the stoppage of the activity business and/or labor and/or the impossibility of the free exercise of commerce, industry or service in accordance with the principles of economic freedom and private initiative”.
