The Chilean justice system authorized the execution of a sanction against the leader of the Aragua Trainas well as other inmates, for opposing the raid inside a high-security prison in the country.
It was last March 8 when the Gendarmerie operation (Armed military penitentiary institution of Public Security) within a Chilean prison where part of the criminal gang’s figures are held.
Fabiola Valladares, warden of the Special High Security Penitentiary Facility, had requested the local justice system to apply a sanction to Carlos González, alias “Star”who is recognized as one of the leaders of the Aragua Train-, to Lermi Parra Viloria -Los Gallegos associate-, Francisco Marchant, Jorkenidy Torres, Edisson Pichardo, David Márquez and Jorve Galaviz.
According to the official, they opposed the authorities’ procedure and had to be taken “to the subway sector for the rigorous procedure, then they were referred to the nursing sector for the respective verification of injuries.”
“The inmates are referred to the first floor waiting for a resolution from the unit leadership.”he added.
After the operation, The limitation of visits to five minutes for 15 days was requested as punishment against the aforementioned inmates..
For its part, the court that processed the complaint reported that “the resistance to the instructions given by the guard personnel, added to the aggressive, violent and unjustified behavior (…) breaks the internal regime and can generate greater disorders.”
