A serious road accident occurred this Sunday followingnoon on the Botermelkbaan in the direction of Schilde, in Flanders. Two cyclists, a couple, would have hung and would have fallen heavily, indicate our colleagues from HLN.
The couple was riding on the bike path around 3:30 p.m. when the tragedy happened. “They fell together for some obscure reason,” Schoten police said. “They probably hooked up together.”
The lady of the couple was seriously injured and the man, injured in the head, is in mortal danger.
