They order puppies from a boarding house and return them dead

MEXICO CITY.- A family commissioned their dogs Nalaa boxer and Tangoa bulldog, at a pet boarding facility, but both were returned dead.

On social networks, those affected reported that they hired the services of the dog daycare and hotel “Doggy City”, located in Colonia Tierra Nueva, Xochimilco Mayor’s Office. After the case went viral, the social networks of this place were closed.

Before going on vacation, Nala and Tango’s owners left them at the daycare where they would provide care appropriate while they were gone.

On Monday, March 25, the person in charge of the place, Alfredo “A”, picked up the dogs to take them to the daycare. In the beginning everything seemed to be going wellsince through messages he informed the owners of the status of their precious pets.

However, as of Wednesday they stopped receiving notifications regarding the status of Nala and Tango And no matter how much they tried to contact the manager, he did not respond to their calls or messages. They heard from him once more until he contacted them at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 29.

At that moment, the message from the manager informed the owners: “I have a little problem with your dogs, they are dead”, without further explanation of when or how it happened.

Alfredo “A”, whom the owner of the dogs points out as the person responsible for the death of Nala and Tango, took the dogs to their owners’ home to deliver their lifeless bodies, where the family confronted him regarding what happened to their pets. .

The manager tried to justify himself and distance himself from the death of the animals. He first reported that the two dogs died in their sleep in a cage, probably for a heatstroke.

Then he mentioned that possibly died of asphyxiation when pulled. Alfredo “A” said that he put them in a cage because one of the dogs was barking and didn’t want to bother the neighbors.

However, the family reported that the dogs had marks of violence and torture. So they called the authorities to report the abuse of your pets and his subsequent murder.

So far they have not arrested the suspect, only they opened an investigation for crimes of animal abuse.

The family hopes that following the expert reports and autopsies on the dogs, justice can be done and the daycare manager punished for his responsibility in the incident.
