The Faculty of Agrarian Sciences of the National University of Comahue and the Chamber of Industry, Commerce and Production of Cinco Saltos organized the cregional discussion “Preoccupied by the Earth and its Economy”.
During the talks, a space for open dialogue will be implemented in collaboration between the organizing institutions and the community.
“This event seeks to foster a space for open dialoguein which fundamental issues related to the state of the Earth, soils, waters and production in the region will be addressed, as well as the impact of companies that operate in the territorial area,” highlighted Miriam Ávila, president of the Chamber of Industry, Commerce and Production of Cinco Saltos.
The lectures will be given by agricultural engineers Luis Tiscornia, Juan Carlos Forquera and Agustín González.
“We seek to provide an opportunity to understand the importance of preserving the Earth and its relationship with the local economy,” say the organizers..
