They get together to present some important scenes; That’s how those players get into RRR: Rajamouli
S. is a director who has gifted many different films. S. Rajamouli. His films Bahubali, Magadheera and Nan Ee are all popular among the audience. The new movie ‘RRR’ directed by Rajamouli and starring Ram Charan and Jr. NTR is all set to release.
Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt are making guest appearances in RRR. He talks about the reason for choosing both of them for guest roles in the film. Rajamouli talks about the film in an interview with Kaumudi Movies.
‘They both come in guest roles and not in full-length roles. I needed strong actors who could play some of the main roles in the film well. The reason is that although their presence in the film is small, the impact they make on it is huge.
We need a character who holds between two powerful characters and embraces those great forces. That character should do it in the short time in the movie. So I wanted an actress of that standard and ability to do that role. So I chose Alia Bhatt.
So was the role of Ajay Devgn. We needed an actor who was honest on his face. We have to believe every line that the character says. So I was approaching Ajay Sir.
Set in the 1920s, RRR tells the story of two freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bhim. The story of the film revolves around the imagination of what can happen if they see each other whom they have never met in real life.
The film is produced by DVV Entertainments. Rajamouli has penned the script for the film. MM. The soundtrack and background music of the film is composed by Keeravani. KK Senthil Kumar is the cinematographer and A. Shreekar Prasad also does the editing. Sabu Cyril is the production designer of the film and V Srinivas Mohan is in charge of the visual effects.
The film stars Samudra Kani, Alison Doody, Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris and Shriya Sharan in supporting roles. Apart from Indian languages, the film will be released in English, Korean, Turkish and Spanish on March 25.
