The victim had a tattoo on his chest that helped identify him.
The Peruvian authorities found in a vacant lot the body of a young Venezuelan, who emigrated to that country regarding three years ago.
The body was with the upper extremity detached, according to La Prensa de Táchira.
The security agencies of that area did not specify if the throat was cut when the victim was still alive.
The events occurred near the La Rinconada settlement, in San Juan de Lurigancho.
The identity of the deceased did not take place until this Monday, when relatives of the victim were able to recognize him in the central morgue of Lima.
The young man had a tattoo on his chest, which had the phrase “I forgive, but I do not forget” written on it. This allowed the relatives to determine that it was Noel José Petit Lugo, from Punto Fijo.
Apparently he was dedicated to the motorcycle delivery service and was 22 years old.
The Public Ministry and the Police of Peru are working to identify and capture those responsible for the crime, which according to the media of that nation might be a settling of accounts.
