More than 300 kilos of cocaine and ammunition were found in a pit inside a farm in the state of Falcón as part of the “Iron Hand” operation.
Richard López Vargas, national anti-drug superintendent, reported that in an operation between the Bolivarian National Police and the Bolivarian National Guard they found 333 panels of cocaine weighing 366 kilos with 56 grams in total.
They were inside the “Los Bolos” estate, located in the Sabanas Altas sector, in the Píritu municipality of Falcón state.
In addition to this, they found 1,500 7.62 x 39 mm caliber cartridges, 62 7.62 x 51 mm caliber cartridges and 78 5.56 mm caliber cartridges.
He revealed that in the coming days they will be offering more information regarding this operation, which remains active.
After arduous investigative work, the mixed commission arrived at the scene and also managed to seize the following elements of criminal interest:
