A newborn baby was found this Saturday in the Porlamar cemetery, Nueva Esparta state.
Cemetery workers reported that when they heard cries and verified where they came from, they found the baby between two graves. So they proceeded to call VEN 911 officials.
Next, they transferred her to the Luis Ortega hospital in Porlamar; where she will stay under the protection of the medical personnel, who called her Milagros del Valle. She weighed 3kg and was 50cm tall.
The Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc) investigate the case to find the location of the mother. They estimate that she lives near the cemetery.
