The awards ceremony was held this Friday. Gold Copihue 2022 of La Cuarta, instance in which the television presenter, Julio César Rodríguez, won the outstanding award for “Best Entertainer”.
For this reason, he shared his emotion on Instagram this Saturday, in a publication in which he uploaded a screenshot announcing that he had been chosen as the winner of that category, which determined his result by popular vote.
“For health reasons, I couldn’t thank you yesterday for these beautiful Copihue de Oro awards from La Cuarta,” he wrote, “these awards given by the people, by each one of you. They really fill me with joy and give me the strength to continue forward with a lot of energy”.
Along with this, he said that “when the people of La Cuarta informed me that I had won with the record number of votes in the contest, I felt great emotion, but also a great responsibility. Try to entertain, inform and accompany them every day on television and radio. But above all, always try to represent the feelings of citizens scrutinizing power, wherever it comes from.
“Thank you very much for that,” he said.
