Miguel Alfonso Meza, who presents himself on his social networks as a consultant in strategic litigation and anti-corruption law, shared through his social networks that he filed the appeal against the minister through the electronic system of the Court in the section of complaints of administrative responsibilities.

Meza affirmed that although the ministers have jurisdiction, this applies only to matters of a criminal nature, but not in administrative matters, in addition to pointing out that it will touch the still president of the supreme court, Arturo Zaldivar, determine the origin of the complaint.
If this claim continues, Miguel Alfonso Meza —who also points out that he is a law student at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM)— said that the case of the minister Yasmin Esquivel Mossa a vote must be taken in the plenary session of the Supreme Court.
Through a thread on Twitter, Meza assured that despite the fact that he filed the complaint at noon this Monday, until 8:00 p.m. he had not received a response from the SCJN.
“As I had already commented, your system is deficient, since it does not produce any acknowledgment or page,” he said.
And he announced that in case he is not contacted, he will physically present a document before the Court.
