To belong to the list of artisan suppliers of the Hidarte Store, you only need to contact the Directorate of Artisanal Promotion and you will be able to offer your pieces in the state capital.

Without commissions or rent for the space, the Hidarte Store is a point of sale where artisans assign the price to their pieces and, when they sell them, they receive their money in full.

The process to be carried out to achieve this consists of calling the number 771 713 0412 and scheduling an appointment, going to the offices on the agreed day with the requested requirements (sample of the products produced, copy of INE credential, recent copy of CURP and receipt of domicile).

The artisan will answer a DAM Matrix questionnaire to determine if their pieces are handicrafts. If so, from that moment on these can remain under Hidarte’s storage, with the price established by the creator.

The pieces remain in the store, but can be picked up by the registered artisan at any time determined.

The money raised from the sale of crafts can be withdrawn in the store when people return to bring more pieces. If the distance is great, electronic deposits can be made to the account authorized by these people.

The General Directorate of Artisanal Promotion is located on Benito Juárez Avenue corner with Vicente Segura s/n, Pachuca, Hidalgo. Opening hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
