Among those affected is Pedro Grández Castro, former advisor to the Constitutional Court (TC), from whom Minister Valera copied 11 pages of his thesis, from page 93 to 104.
The Panorama investigation also states that Varela Bohórquez copied the late Fernando Elías Mantero, founder of the Elías Mantero Abogados law firm, from his partner.
