The subsidized gasoline In some service stations in the country it disappears, due to an alleged order from PDVSA to charge it at the international price. This according to complaints issued by users through the social media.
During this weekend the accusations were made in different entities of the country. Among them, Trujillo, Maracaibo, Táchira, Aragua, Miranda and Greater Caracas.
According to the claims of the Venezuelans, in the case of the country’s capital, at least 20 service stations began to charge fuel at $0.50 per liter.
The service stations where there are these irregularities are: Ciudad Universitaria, Avilago, Baralt, KM 38 SRL (Los Teques), Fuerte Tiuna, KM1 (Panamericana) and Lagoexpress Paraíso. Makro Comercial SA, Las Acacias, Los Rosales, Colonia Tovar (Aragua) and La Auxiliadora (San Antonio de Los Altos) also appear.
Likewise, Higuerote, Marina Carenero Yacht Club (Miranda), Las Esmeraldas, Ocumare CA, La Urbina III, Lake Plant (La Guaira) and Ruta del Sol Tourist Parador (Caucagua) and Victoria (Caracas). This, according to unofficial notification published by Banking and Business.
Both in Trujillo and in the state of Portuguesa, they also received the notification signed by Marino José Lugo Aguilar, director of National Marketing of the state oil company.
At the moment there is no announcement from the government, which in recent months has reduced the network of stations that sell subsidized gasoline. The number of pumps that exclusively offer this fuel at “international price” already reaches 540 throughout the country.
As of today, at least 20 service stations in Caracas are no longer subsidized and start to charge $0.50/liter (international price).
