Two suspects arrested

An alleged implicated was arrested by the authorities when they carried out inspections at the hotel. Another was captured during an operation in nearby areas. Colonel Manuel Guerrero Serna, head of the Criminal Investigation and Justice Support Division, indicated that the latter was under the apparent influence of some drug.

The report indicates that the Venezuelan died from a deep cut in the neck. The body was transferred by the authorities to the morgue as unidentified.
