Mobility” “This bike has a broken kickstand, I will change it”. At the wheel of his yellow van, Rasti Baban has a keen eye and sharp reflexes. It will only take a few minutes for the mechanic to replace the defective part, before hitting the road once more. With 57 stations and more than 460 small queens, the soft mobility network of the Friborg conurbation, Publibike, requires constant maintenance. While some repairs are carried out in the field, the bulk of the maintenance and management work is carried out in the workshop of the ORS company in the city of Fribourg.
