Asunción, IP Company.- The Ministry of Public Works and Communications, the Nationwide Secretariat of Tourism, the Municipality of Humaitá and the federal government of Ñeembucú, by means of inter-institutional cooperation, coordinate actions for the conservation and promotion of the historic heritage of Humaitá.
Throughout a gathering, technicians from these establishments carried out a verification tour of the ruins of the San Carlos Borromeo Church and the Museum, the previous barracks of Marshal Francisco Solano López, in addition to the historic middle of the town.
On the event, they evaluated the present state of the locations and pointers have been established for an Motion Plan targeted on preventive conservation and promotion of the location as a vacationer vacation spot, attracting extra guests and educating the general public concerning the historic significance of the place.
The joint efforts of those establishments underline the significance of collaboration between totally different ranges of presidency and the area people in preserving cultural heritage, guaranteeing that Humaitá’s legacy stays alive and accessible to all.
