The victim was threatened by her mother, who forbade her to talk regarding the rape she suffered.
Officials from the Investigative, Scientific, Penal and Criminalistics Corps (Cicpc) captured two people, a man and a woman, following being directly involved in the sexual abuse of a minor.
The perpetrators were the parents of the 13-year-old girl, who denounced the incident by means of a letter.
Those responsible are between the ages of 41 and 39, according to police information.
Diario 2001 explained that the story that the little girl had written regarding the rape reached officials from the Drug Investigation Coordination in Barinas. This despite the fact that her mother threatened her little girl so that she would not spread the acts that her father carried out on her.
Authorities found the note, so they proceeded to verify the complaint.
According to the police report, the girl was given an interview, where she confessed that her father had been committing lewd acts once morest her for several months.
After investigations, the Scientific Police verified that the mother had knowledge of the crime committed by her partner.
