They capture three brothers accused of the death of police chief
Three brothers, including two women, were captured by security forces in Jalapa accused of having killed the head of a PNC substation.

Three brothers were arrested this Saturday, March 30, on the main street of the Las Ánimas village, San Manuel Choparrón, Jalapa, accused of being responsible for having killed the head of the local National Civil Police (PNC) substation, Otoniel Lázaro. Godoy, 48 years old.
The detainees are the brothers Santos Antonio, 49; Luisa Lorena, 39; and María Estela Aguirre Lucero, from whom three firearms and ammunition were confiscated, according to the police report.
According to the PNC, they were informed that in that place a man was shooting at his wife and children, so sub-inspector Otoniel Lázaro Godoy went to the place, but when he arrived he was attacked with bullets by a subject who caused him several injuries that caused death instantly.
It was reported that at the scene of the attack, regarding 7 firearm projectile casings were located, which were packed by experts from the Public Ministry (MP) to further investigate the case.
In addition, a 30/30 caliber rifle, a 12 gauge shotgun with 40 ammunition and a 22 caliber rifle with eight ammunition were confiscated.
