Four alleged members of the “3 R” criminal gang were captured by a brigade of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Fanb). The operation was carried out in Tumeremo, Sifontes municipality.
The strategic operational commander, Domingo Hernández Lárez, reported that the quartet confronted Fanb officials with long weapons while they patrolled and guarded the area.
Two motorcycles, two machetes and ammunition were seized from the four citizens. This procedure is part of the Roraima operation, which began two months ago in the south of Bolívar state and other border states in the country.
