He added that the apprehensions were made effective at the San Andres Itzapa PNC substation, Chimaltenango, and that the detainees are Yorleni Lisbeth Macario Ramos, Yulisa Nabely Ayala Yol, Fredy Santiago Velasquez Perez and Mauricio Abraham Contreras Salán.
