The attack took place in the middle of the afternoon, this Friday, February 18, in Tavannes. Shortly before 3:10 p.m., a woman was attacked by two young people while she was walking on rue du Pont, near house number 8, the Bernese cantonal police announced on Saturday February 19.
“One alleged perpetrator immediately squirted pepper spray in her face, while a second snatched the gray purse from her. The two men then walked away towards Tavannes station, then crossed a bridge towards the city center, ”report the police.
