Prosecutor Ricardo Sáenz asked that ex-Big Brother Marcelo Corazza be detained once more. He was charged for illicit association dedicated to trafficking of minors for sexual purposes. In the framework of the investigation for these alleged facts there are also other people arrested.
The request was made before the Crime Chamber that now he will define the situation of Corazzawho remains free, like the rest of the defendants.
In the first instance, the Investigating Judge Javier Sánchez Sarmiento, prosecuted Corazza for corruption of minors and sexual abuse, but not for trafficking of people, while Francisco Rolando Angelotti, who officiated as a kind of leader in the group, Andrés Fernando Charpenet and Raúl Ignacio Mermet, were with preventive prison.
Angelotti, Mermet and Charpenet were prosecuted for illicit association, human trafficking aggravated by the number of victims, perpetrated once morest minors 18 years old and taking advantage of their vulnerable situation, continued sexual abuse with grossly insulting carnal access perpetrated once morest minors under 13 years of age, promotion of prostitution of minors under 18 years of age, child pornography and corruption of minors 13 years old, all of them in real competition.

According to the original complaint from two young men, the acts of abuse began in 1999 and, throughout the months, there were 11 victims identified by the court. Some of them gave testimonial statements and others did not.
