Perhaps many of the audience do not know that the Egyptian actress, Nahla Salama, holds the record for the fastest divorce in the artistic community.

Nahla Salama revealed in a previous television interview that she had been married to a common-law many times, whose number exceeded four, one of which was from the late director Muhammad Khan for only sixty days, before she separated from him at the request of her family.

She stated that another marriage was with businessman Mustafa al-Najjar, who saw her on one occasion, admired her and then married her for 3 hours before they separated.

She explained that the reason for the failure of the marriage so quickly was her husband’s request not to go to the theater and at that time she was committed to contracts and penal terms with them, and he also asked her to stop acting.

Nahla Salama grew up in an artistic family, so her love of art developed from her childhood. Her father, the musician Farouk Salama, her uncle, the late musician Jamal Salama, and her mother, the dancer Nawal, the young, and her father separated from her mother because of betrayal and she lived with her mother.

The artist entered the world of acting by chance, and she started on the stage and participated in the plays “Alam Koura”, “Polotica” and “For Ladies Only”, and she became famous for her seduction roles, in the nineties.

Among her films are “The Scream”, “Kid of the Worlds”, “The Curse of Money”, “The Struggle of Beauties”, “The Hour of Revenge”, “Fashion Passport”, “Woman Break the Top”, “The Sea Laughs at Why”, “America Chica Becca”, Karate Mister.

Among her works on the small screen are: “A Dream at the End of the Night”, “The Way of the Mirage”, “Time of Imad El-Din”, and her last work was her participation in the series “Ard Joe and Zabeeq” in 2017.
