Keta Stephany, information secretary of the Federation of Teachers Association of Venezuela (Fapuv), pointed out that there needs to be “real progress” in the negotiation and that agreements can be built between the different sectors.
“We hope that the dialogue between workers, employers and the Venezuelan State really bears fruit, really produces solutions with the urgency that is required (…) We understand that dialogue is a slow process, solutions are not decreed, but we need to Let there be real progress,” he added.
