Ms. Margarita Chávez, leader of the Pampa Inalámbrica, was concerned regarding the arrival of a large number of foreigners in the province of Ilo, where many of them would be involved in criminal acts.
He indicated that, despite being welcomed in good faith, they are committing crimes, integrating criminal gangs, such as the one that was recently dismantled in the Cesar Vallejo sector.
“We ask that the articulations be made between the Ministry of the Interior, Migrations and the National Police so that actions are taken. Also that the Central Government issues the laws to be able to regulate the situation of foreigners who are doing what they want in the country and especially in the port of Ilo”, he expressed.
Chávez specified that in their human settlement they are living with foreigners, their origin being unknown.
He asked the owners of the houses not to risk renting them, because it is being seen that foreigners commit misdeeds and have even taken the lives of several people.
