Agents from the Police Bureau arrested this afternoon Jonathan Vicente Vázquez29 years old, person of interest in the shooting that occurred last Sunday morning on the premises of the residential Montellano, in Cayey.
La Uniformada does not rule out that Vicente Vázquez participated in the shooting that left no injuries, but did damage some 20 cars that resulted in multiple bullet wounds. Similarly, adjacent buildings received damage to their infrastructure.
The young man was placed under arrest today for violating Traffic Law 22 on the PR-52 highway, near the exit to Jesús T. Piñero avenue and Domenech avenue, in Hato Rey.
After the intervention, Vicente Vázquez, who is on federal probation for the Arms Law, confessed that he had a firearm with him, which was found inside the vehicle he was driving. Several chargers and cash were also found.
The man was taken to the Hato Rey Barracks. Later, as reported, he will be handed over to federal authorities.
